Mohseni Ezhieh: Regarding the Ayandeh Bank case, I have been pressing for four years that the Central Bank has duties and authorities and must address the situation of this bank.

I have pressured the central bank to enter into the issue of the bank according to its legal duties.

Regarding the problems of the future bank, should the judiciary be involved or does the central bank have duties in this regard and entering into the issue of that central bank?

Catching the delinquent managers of the bank does not lead to the correction of the bank's procedure.

In the Capital Bank case, I put pressure on the Central Bank and the officials that you should enter into the matter, and if this does not happen, I will prosecute you and the bank managers at the same time.

The Governor General of the Central Bank admitted in the meetings that he has 100% authority in the issue of the future bank.  I told Mr. Farzin, if you don't use your authority in this case, I will be exposed to you.
