For the first time, the employee in question was sentenced to a five-year deprivation of appointment to sensitive and managerial positions.

The employee in question was initially sentenced to a five-year prohibition from holding sensitive and managerial positions. In 2022, an appeal was made against that ruling. The first instance branch of the court issued a ruling to reject the complaint and uphold the verdict of the administrative violations board, but upon further appeal, the higher branch overturned the verdict based on the argument of disproportion between the violation and the punishment. The relevant administrative violations board then reduced the five-year prohibition from holding sensitive and managerial positions to only four years! An appeal was also made against the second ruling of the administrative violations board, and the 27th review branch of the court, under the provisions of Article 63 of the Administrative Justice Court, concluded the matter pursuant to the above judgment.
