Image Image Image The verdict of the Court of Administrative Justice's Appeals Branch regarding the obligation of the Supreme Audit Court to employ the suspended interrogator!!!For about a year, this media outlet has been reporting on the "behind-the-scenes hands" working to save the suspended interrogator (Mohsen Mina), close his criminal case, and appoint him to significant positions, particularly as a Counselor at the Supreme Audit Court.Following numerous messages from Mr. Mohsen Mina to Abdi Media, in addition to public announcements on the channel, I personally wrote to him privately stating that if he has any response or explanation, I am prepared to publish it—whether it be a direct chat/explanation or, if he has reservations, a republication from another reputable media outlet—to uphold professional ethics, as I do for anyone mentioned in Abdi Media. This right remains available to him, just as it does for others. However, these days, while the public and the country's oversight and intelligence agencies were preoccupied with crises, domestic protests, unrest, and foreign threats, the 32nd Appeals Branch of the Court of Administrative Justice issued a ruling! Their justification: the response from the IRGC Intelligence Organization regarding the inquiry into Mohsen Mina’s alleged corruption and charges—and his lack of eligibility for a Counseling seat—arrived one day past the 30-day deadline!!! Consequently, the court ordered the Supreme Audit Court to employ the suspended interrogator as a Counselor!!Beyond the details regarding the judges who issued the verdict, the replacement of the previous counselor of this branch, and other sidelines and diligent efforts by behind-the-scenes supporters to secure this ruling, the clear question is:How can an individual—who was suspended from judicial office following a report by the Judiciary’s General Intelligence and Protection Center and a verdict by the Judges' High Disciplinary Court, and was placed under temporary detention by the 5th Branch of the Civil Servants Court on various charges—now occupy a seat at the Supreme Audit Court, the supervisory arm of the Legislative Branch? (Recalling my previous note that, with the "speed of light," his temporary detention order and the consent of the then-head of the Civil Servants Court were converted to bail by the court, leading to his release from prison!!)It remains to be seen whether the Head of the Judiciary or the President of the Court of Administrative Justice will take action toward a retrial under Article 79 of the Court of Administrative Justice Law, or if this suspended interrogator of the judicial system will officially be appointed as a Counselor of the Supreme Audit Court in the Islamic Republic of Iran.As previously promised, the texts of the primary and appeal verdicts are published so they may be scrutinized by awakened and justice-seeking consciences...
