In a statement from a member of the Central Bar Association's board on their social media account, it was announced that the board has determined that the former Prosecutor of Tehran qualifies to receive a first-level law license for practice in one of the counties surrounding Tehran, despite the absence of effective informational and public reports regarding his reputation and ethics. This decision is based on Clause B of Article 8 of the Legal Bill on the Independence of Bar Associations.

Abbas Jafari Dolatabadi (born 1957 in Dolatabad, Borkhar, Isfahan) served as the Public and Revolutionary Prosecutor of Tehran. He previously held positions such as the head of the judiciary in Khuzestan Province and the head of the Family Judicial Complex in Tehran.
