What the Ministry of Health does in behavioral counseling centers for HIV testing is completely free and confidential, so that people can take the test without a national code and even with a pseudonym.
There is a possibility that there may be violations in private laboratories, but we should not forget that HIV testing has two stages, the second of which is not done in the private sector.
