Minutes before the execution of the 5-year prison sentence, Elaha Mohammadi, the reporter of Hame-Mehan newspaper, was notified.
According to the executive order issued on 28 Mehr 1403, he must present himself to Evin prison within 5 days to execute the sentence of 5 years imprisonment.
This sentence was confirmed in the appeals court for the charge of assembly and collusion to commit a crime against the security of the country and it has been sent to the Criminal Sentence Execution Branch of the General and Revolution Prosecutor's Office of the 33rd District (the Holy Martyr of Security) of Tehran for execution.
