According to the latest changes published in the Official Gazette of the country (Gazette date: August 16, 2024), the signing of all documents and binding papers, and generally any kind of contract creating an obligation, shall be with the signature of the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Zaviyeh Financial Group, holder of National ID: 10104096781, until the date of December 19, 2025, with Mohammad Eskandrnia residing in Australia and the seal of this group.

Although the crime prevention and anti-money laundering regulations and rules on fictitious companies do not permit managerial activity for individuals residing abroad.

Therefore, the activities of Mohammad Eskandrnia residing in Australia and Farid Bazargjahari residing in Canada as inspectors of Zaviyeh companies face legal prohibition, and a judicial order has previously been given to the Director General of Company Registration.

Mohammad Eskandrnia, known as Abudiyar Khuzai, has officially granted power of attorney from March 2024 onwards (and not before that) to his imprisoned brother Mohsen Eskandrnia to sign and act on his behalf within the scope and nature of the power of attorney (noting that the power of attorney must mention it is on his behalf).

Mohsen Eskandrnia (the imprisoned defendant) has officially granted irrevocable power of attorney to his father, Sardar Pasdar Sheikh Hassan Eskandrnia, since August 2024 (a few days before fleeing to Oman, who was brought back to the country with planning).
