The productive sector faces a thousand and one obstacles; sanctions, and economic and political uncertainties are important factors. Unfavorable business environment
Vahid Shaghaghi Shahri, economist, in an interview with Eghtesad News:
The productive sector faces a thousand and one obstacles; sanctions, and economic and political uncertainties are important factors. The unfavorable business environment, the uncompetitive nature of the economy, political risks, a strict tax system on production, and successive changes in laws and regulations have created multiple problems for the producer.
Even if there were no sanctions, the crises you see now could only have been postponed by 5 or 10 years.
As long as we have a black hole called the non-competitive environment, a command economy, the presence of quasi-governmental entities in the economy, and a lack of economic transparency, whatever is poured into this black hole that absorbs everything will emerge as a crisis.
The solution is the destruction of the black hole, but this is not easy, because the beneficiaries behind the scenes do not allow it.
Now, the board seats of quasi-governmental entities are being bought and sold for billions, and the corruption behind it does not allow dissolution.
