Vahid Ashtari wrote a tweet, part of which is as follows:

In 2017, according to the Khorasan Endowment Research Department, one of the largest endowments in Mashhad was handed over to Mr. Alam Al-Hoda.

To understand the greatness of this endowment (Goharshad), just know that it has more than a thousand hectares of land in Mashhad!
And only in Chenaran, it has 5700 registered competitors.

It goes without saying that we are faced with a huge income and strange income.

It is noteworthy that according to the endowment, 10% of this huge income will go to "Mr. Alam Al-Hadi" as the right of trusteeship!
And another 10% is intended to pay the wages of agents and employees.

The rest of the income should be spent according to the purposes of the endowment.

As soon as Mr. Alam Al-Hadi becomes the trustee of the endowment, he introduces an account number belonging to him in Bank Tejarat, Lashkar Mashhad Crossroad Branch, to deposit 10% of the trusteeship fee.

He also gives a power of attorney to Awqaf Khorasan and leaves all financial, administrative, legal and judicial matters to them.

There is a series of debates about a person being the guardian of names and having a huge guardianship right deposited into his account, but he has officially relinquished all authority, and it contradicts many of the common laws of the country, such as Article 83 of the Civil Code, which I will skip over.
Its description and interpretation is a detailed legal discussion.

In the investigations, I found out that Mr. Alam Al-Hadi had the right of trusteeship deposited into his account months before May 2016, when he was officially introduced by the Khorasan Endowment Research Department as the trustee of this endowment.
So to speak, before they buy the cow, they take the milk to their door.
It was questionable for me.
