The Tehran Real Estate Agents Union has issued a new directive to support tenants in the residential and commercial sectors. According to this directive, all lease agreements whose expiration coincides with the current period will be automatically extended for a maximum of two months without the need for an in-person visit.
Pursuant to the executive notes, the Ministry of Housing is obligated to update the "Khodnevis" system to implement these automatic extensions.
