This time, as soon as the investigation into tax evasion charges and social security claims and the resulting derelictions for the National Tax Administration and the Social Security Organization concerning multiple companies of the Zaviyeh Financial Group began in the Government Employees' Prosecutor's Office—and with the masters afraid of the consequences afterward—Sheikh Hassan Eskandari Nia, by introducing a lawyer and providing seminary documents at least to buy time and avoid disclosing full details of the criminal acts, informed the investigator that he is a cleric to prevent the case from proceeding.

Since the charges against the partners, deputies, and even associates of the cleric defendant are being handled in the special clerical court, three criminal cases were sent to the Tehran Special Clerical Court after an order of incompetence was issued by the investigator and approved by the prosecutor.

Mohammad Eskandari Nia, known as Abu Diyar al-Khuzi, residing in Australia, also, out of fear of the consequences of the current situation in the country and legal cases, changed the name of his previous account Abu Diyar, which he had changed to his real name with a verified check, to Mohammad after failing to achieve results from money dispersals, falsified narratives, and subsequent communications. Additionally, by deleting his photos on this account, he went on to create a fake account to start another criminal narrative, which was quickly exposed... unaware that aside from the legal cases inside the country, their scandal had become global and their era for their masters had ended.  

Now it remains to be seen whether the Special Prosecutor for the Clergy will, as in the previous case, issue an order to refer the matter to the Tehran Public and Revolutionary Prosecutor's Office for further investigation, and whether the criminal cases formed in the Government Employees' Prosecutor's Office will be reopened, or if in the closed and classified environment of that prosecutor's office, a judicial decision will be made for all defendants and related legal and natural persons simply because Sheikh Hassan Eskandari Nia is a cleric.  

It remains to be seen what the indications and intentions regarding the uncovering of crimes and recovery of state rights are, and to what extent.
