Oil shortage and high prices continue in the country / The Government Sanctions Organization and the Ministry of Agricultural Jihad should respond

Somayeh Baghi, Rokna correspondent: The shortage and high price of edible oil in some provinces of the country continues due to supply problems and market fluctuations. This is while the Ministry of Agricultural Jihad is responsible for the supply of basic commodities and the Government Sanctions Organization is responsible for monitoring the market so that the supply does not stop under various pretexts and producers and large stores do not hoard their products in warehouses while waiting for the announcement of new prices.

Public reports and surveys of some stores in the city indicate that the supply of edible oil droppers is still continuing, and not only most of the citizens, but also the owners of electronic goods in the first to third decile are facing the problem of procuring oil, and the shelves of chain stores and supermarkets are empty of oil.

According to some shopkeepers in Tehran, orders have been placed, but manufacturers have not yet sent goods. Some also believe that there is no shortage of oil in the market and that producers are waiting for the announcement of new prices.

One of the audience members said in this regard: "Today I went to several shops and could not find oil, and I had to use butter for cooking.

Another respondent said: "After the electronic Kala Berg plan, market-regulated goods have been removed from the city, especially in squares and chain stores, and are no longer distributed." For this reason, these goods are difficult to find in the city, and if they are found, they are sold at high prices. Although this plan is for the weaker segment of society, don't other segments of the population need basic goods that they have to deal with?
