برگ دیگری از جابجایی خیلی طبیعی در روند تحقیقات گروه مالی زاویه

Investigator Mohammad Nargesian, who presided over special international affairs cases at the Tehran Public and Revolutionary Prosecutor's Office and was finalizing special investigations into the Zavieh Financial Group case.

Investigator Mohammad Nargesian, who presided over special international affairs cases at the Tehran Public and Revolutionary Prosecutor's Office and was finalizing special investigations into the Zavieh Financial Group case, very "naturally" left that specialized branch and district of the prosecutor's office to move to another district in Tehran.

This time, again very "naturally," Investigator Mohammad Hadi Izadi, the investigator of the 4th branch of the Isfahan Public and Revolutionary Prosecutor's Office—who was examining another part of this case and the financial connections of this group and the Isfahan Research and Technology Fund—left that investigation branch following preliminary investigations by the Economic Security Police and the General Inspection Office of Isfahan Province!

It remains to be seen what resolve Mr. Mousavian, the Prosecutor, and Mr. Arjamandi, his Deputy at the Isfahan Public and Revolutionary Prosecutor's Office, along with the new investigator, have for examining this case, and how far they are able and permitted to pursue specific defendants.

Furthermore, Judge Amin Tuyserkani, the head of Tehran Criminal Court 2, in his capacity for presiding over this group's case, did not see fit at this time to enter into the merits of the plaintiffs' objections to the non-prosecution orders of other defendants. Instead, after a month of studying the file, he merely raised three renewed flaws in the indictment in his issued verdict—without the slightest reference to the non-prosecution orders of others—and returned it to the prosecutor's office for the completion of investigations regarding the only current defendant in the case, Mohsen Eskandari-nia.

How long it will take, how much time the referral to expert analysis will consume, and what the future holds, remains to be seen! God is Great! And as the saying goes, "relief may come from one pillar to the next."

Isn't the entire process of judicial and non-judicial investigations in this case strange and beautiful?

Keep the name "Zavieh" in mind, so that when all dimensions of this extremely bizarre case are revealed to you, you won't find yourself biting your finger in astonishment.
