The Ministry of Energy has not implemented the National Security Council's decision on the consumption of mazout/ Compensation for industries should be paid

 Saeedi Mobarakeh, the spokesman of the Industries Commission, in describing today's meeting of this commission in the presence of the ministers of oil and energy, said:

Today's meeting was devoted to the issue of examining the situation of energy imbalance and the problems created in industries.

The ministers of oil and energy raised issues regarding fuel smuggling and believed that the accumulation of problems had caused the current situation, but the deputies could not accept that these conditions were only the result of the accumulation of problems and considered it the result of mismanagement.

The Minister of Petroleum raised the issue that the burning of mazout in power plants should have started in June of this year, according to the National Security Council resolution.

The consumption of 40 million cubic meters of mazout in power plants was the duty of the secretariat of the Supreme National Security Council, but the consumption of mazout was not done until December, and the Minister of Energy announced that he could not use mazout when he had gas.

The compensation of industries caused by the shortage of fuel and electricity must be paid according to the law, because otherwise the pressure caused by it will be placed on the shoulders of the people.

It is not clear why the National Security Council's decision to consume mazout in the hot season of the year has not been implemented by power plants, and this issue must be audited.
