Nima Mohammadi, the chairman of the board of Novin Capital Investment and former deputy of corporate banking, credit, and international affairs of Novin Economy, has been arrested.

Abdi Media has repeatedly written to regulatory authorities, publishing precise information and documents, even astonishing figures of corruption, but the result has been that not only were there no legal and judicial actions taken against the offending managers of this bank, especially Alireza Belgouri, the current CEO, and Nima Mohammadi, the former credit deputy, but Belgouri’s CEO position was also extended, and Nima Mohammadi was appointed as the chairman of the board of another wealthy and profitable company named Novin Capital Investment.

Now it has been reported that regulatory authorities detained Nima Mohammadi yesterday. The managers of Novin Economy Bank, especially the CEO of the bank, are trying to cover up and conceal this news and somehow resolve the issue with the influence of their associates and patrons.

Currently, a group of corrupt individuals and those with cases in this bank are gathered, and I can do nothing but express the matter and the news, remaining astonished at the delay in addressing these blatant corruptions. Of course, perhaps the regulatory authorities claiming to fight corruption are concerned that with more arrests, the stench and filth of the broader connections of these petty thieves and pickpockets, related to first-degree relatives or the officials themselves, will be revealed.
