The Managing Director of Bank Refah Kargaran has filed a complaint against the judge of the [Shahram] Jazayeri case.

Mr. Ghafoori Fard spoke about the disintegration of right-wing groups and the conflict between some individuals in the Ministry of Defense and the Atomic Energy Organization regarding enrichment technology and the production of nuclear power plants.

Mr. [Parviz] Ahmadi, Managing Director of Bank Refah Kargaran, came. He complained about [Mr. Hadi Hosseini], the judge of the [Shahram] Jazayeri case, saying he was arrested based on a false claim by an enemy about paying a $10,000 [bribe], though he was later acquitted. He was then convicted for granting legal loans to Jazayeri, which were fully repaid, sentencing him to repay five billion Tomans as embezzlement due to Jazayeri's good repayment record. He was also sentenced to six years in prison for recommending Jazayeri pay 70 million Tomans to the mosque of Tarbiat Modares University.

Mr. Valiollah Chepour, [Inspector of the Foundation of the Oppressed and Veterans], came. He discussed the situation of the Veterans Foundation, criticized the government for operating based on slogans, and quoted an international politician as saying that the slogan of youthfulness has buried management experiences.

Messrs. Engineer [Asghar] Sadeghi, [Mohammad Hossein] Assar, and [Hossein] Tajeri, leaders of the Hojjatiyeh Society, came. They complained about the Ministry of Intelligence, the Ministry of Interior, and the press accusing them of sowing discord between Shiites and Sunnis.

In the afternoon, Dr. [Hassan] Ghafoori Fard, [President's Advisor], came. He expressed concern about the state of the universities, spoke about the disintegration of right-wing groups and the conflict between some individuals in the Ministry of Defense and the Atomic Energy Organization regarding enrichment technology and the production of nuclear power plants, and asked for my help to resolve the problems.
