  The Alizades criticized the judiciary;  Although one is the head of the registration organization and the other is Mr. Shahroudi's advisor.  They talked about the IRGC's dominance over the judiciary and bringing in non-judiciaries as deputy and political and economic advisers.  Mr. Nazari suggested that the leaders consult with the scholars of Balad

I was a guest of the leader.  They do not agree with the new government bills.

We went to the Maravi school to participate in the gathering of students and teachers [of Tehran seminaries].  First, we heard a report in a meeting attended by Mr. [Mohammed Reza] Mahdavikani, [Muravi School Trustee] and teachers including Mr. [Mohammed] Jafari, [Syed Baqer] Khosrowshahi and [Reza] Melabi.  The complex of five old schools of Maravi, Sepehsalar Old, Majd, Mimarbashi and Haj Qanbar Ali Khan have about 300 students and have been renovated.  We also visited the old Sepehsalar school;  Its new name is "Shahid Beheshti".  In the gathering of students in the Marwa Mosque, I gave an extensive speech about today's mission of the Hozahs and the necessity of preparing for Islam as a government and confronting the invasion of global disbelief.  

In the evening Mr. [Abdullah] Nazari, one of the scholars of Mazandaran, came together with [Ahmed and Mohammad Reza] the Alizadeh brothers.  The Alizades criticized the judiciary;  Although one is the head of [the country's documents and real estate] registry [organization] and the other is the adviser of Mr. [Syed Mahmoud Hashemi] Shahroudi, [head of the judiciary].  They said about the IRGC's dominance over the judiciary and bringing in non-judiciaries as deputy and political and economic advisers. Mr. Nazari suggested that the leadership should consult with the scholars of Balad.

I was the guest of the leader.  I proposed solving the problems of Somar and Naftshahr.   It was discussed about the negotiations that Mr. [Syed Mohammad] Khatami had with him and me regarding the [elections and clarification of the president's powers] bills;  They do not agree with the new government bills.  We discussed the future of the country.  I wanted them to prevent the action of Mustafafan Foundation regarding the ownership of the Strategic Research Center [Expediency Discernment Assembly on Niavaran St., Tehran].

[Jacques] Chirac, [President of France] and [Tony] Blair, [Prime Minister of England] had an argument at the meeting of the heads of the European Union, and Chirac called Blair rude.  In Venezuela, the opponents of [President Hugo] Chávez have increased their activity;  including the coup program.  

Dr. Saeed [Lahouti, Fati's wife] removed the suture and my mouth, which was under pressure for a week, was relieved.
