A group of people from Mehdi Shahr and Shahmirzad Semnan came. During the trip to Semnan, we could not go to their cities, so I made an appointment to make up for it. They wanted to become a city. Before the meeting, Imam Juma and his governor came and asked for help for the seminary and prayer room. The members of Mashhad Quran Publishing Center were also in the meeting. After the Quran and the hymn, Mr. Momeni Shahmirzadi spoke. I also spoke on the occasion of the 17th of Shahrivar.

Mr. [Shakrullah] Riyazi came [from the Defense Ministry's Arms Purchase Commission]. He gave a report on the situation of arms purchases and the situation of the Ministry of Defense and asked me to recommend a better coordination with the Minister of Defense so that the situation of the current minister does not end. He also complained about a political opinion that is forceful. The Supreme Council of Environment had a meeting. We approved some of the criteria of the expert commission.

In the evening, the President of Armenia made a phone call. I criticized the aggression of the Armenians to Azerbaijan and he said that they have retreated from Qobadali and will not progress any further, and they will gradually leave Karabakh, and soon, good decisions will be announced in the Russian negotiations. I emphasized that after the meeting in Tehran, when the Armenians acted against the understandings, those promises should be implemented. He wanted to call me many times, but I refused.

[Mr. Yahya Al Ishaq], Minister of Commerce came and explained about the tariffs ordered by the government. I attended the meeting of the government board. The discussion was about new tariffs. We postponed its approval until the approval of the government bill in the parliament.
