I was at home until half past nine in the morning. I went to the Baharestan Parliament to visit the Majlis library. This visit lasted until one o'clock in the afternoon. I was in the assembly at noon. The War Support Council was supposed to have a meeting this evening, but it was delayed due to the absence of Mr. Mohsen Rezaei. Mr. [Reza [Amarollahi] head of the Atomic Energy Organization] came and gave a report on his trip to China and the situation of atomic energy.

There are contents on the telexes that show that the enemies are somehow aware of our attack plan. I negotiated with Mr. Rezaei in this regard. He said that our forces have moved to the desired station for operations. At night, they informed that the American and Saudi ships have lined up in the direction of the troops. A significant part of our boats, their engines failed on the way, and a group of troops were lost in the sea and some lost their way. I ordered them to return to the direction of the movement.

We were the guest of Mr. [Mohammed] Asghari, the representative of Tehran. Mr. Mousavi Ardabili and Mousavi Khoinihi and some others. Walima traveled to Mecca.
