Dr. [Syed Mohammad Reza] Hashemi [Golpaigani] came for the order of the Supreme Council of the Cultural Revolution. Mr. [Mohammed Ali] Ansari came. He explained the incident of the bomb explosion in Imam's shrine and asked for a source of income for the expenses of the shrine. He thanked me for my help. He consulted for next year's funeral ceremony and said that it has been suggested not to allow women into the shrine without veils, but he does not agree. He suggested that the mosque in Tehran should not be built and Friday prayers should be held in the shrine, which I opposed. He wanted us to attract his comrades in the assembly of militant clerics and to appease them and to be approved in some way by the language of the leadership; Especially Mr. Cherubim and Khoiini. I said that it is wrong for them to withdraw.

In the evening, the Supreme Council of National Security had a meeting. Regarding the refugees from the Hekmatyar Islamic Party who escaped from Herat, we decided to keep them in the camp with the information of the Afghan government; So far, about five hundred people have come with guns. Regarding the fugitives of P.K.K [Kurdish Workers Party of Turkey] who have taken refuge in Iran from Iraq, it was decided to be detained and exchanged with Iran's counter-revolution if Turkey is ready. Abu Musa, southern Iraq and Tajikistan were also discussed and decided.
