[Mr. Mamouni Fabre], the new ambassador of Burkina Faso came to present his credentials. The Pakistani judicial team headed by [Mr. Muhammad Afzal Zalullah], the head of the Supreme Court of their country, came to meet; I emphasized the necessity of cooperation in the fight against evil and drug trafficking and in a way I criticized Pakistan's weak performance in creating security near Iran's borders.

Expediting the granting of building permits, completion of work and birth certificates for buildings was approved. In the evening, I attended the meeting of the government board.
