They complained about the lack of credits and asked for help. They complained about the great difference in the facilities of the Islamic Propaganda Organization and the [Islamic Qom] Propaganda Office and expressed concern about the status of authority. They wanted my intervention and they also expressed concern about the issue of the future presidency with regard to the constitution and suggested changing the constitution, which I did not accept.
Mr. [Seyd Hossein] Mousavian, our ambassador in Germany, came. He gave a report on the currents and fluctuations of our relations with Germany and the disturbances caused by the irresponsible actions of dealing with some Germans and the pressures brought by England and America regarding the visit of the Minister of Information, and asked for help to speed up the release of the German [Gerhard Alfred] Bachmann.
The participants came to the management conference between the countries of Oceania and Asia. Mr. [Sidmansour] Razavi, [Secretary General of Administrative and Employment Affairs Organization of the country] and Mr. Katman, the chairman of the meeting, reported. I also spoke and expressed my opinions. Then they took a group photo with me and thanked me. In the evening I did the work and came home.
