I went to the parliament. I stayed in the meeting until I breathed. I spoke for the experienced commanders of the IRGC. The head of the hospital, Dr. Mojibian, came to Yazd and asked for help to solve the problems. In the evening Mr. [Abdul Hossein] Saveh, the representative of Kerman, came and complained that in Kerman they raised slogans against Mr. [Mortaza] Fahim and because of the election of the governor of Kerman without consulting them. Mr. Hossein Marashi, who replaced Mr. [Hamid] Mirzadeh as the governor of [Kerman], also came. I ordered him to try to attract opponents.

A group of student members of the Islamic Association came and I spoke to them. Mr. Mohammadi Ardhali, the head of the Publishers Union, came. He complained about the strictness of the Ministry of Guidance in determining the price of books and the lack of job security of publishers due to the Imam's fatwa in canceling the copyright of printing and publishing for the author.

Mr. Ramezani, in charge of the Economic Courts of Tehran, came. Consulted on how to deal with relevant legal issues. I came home at night. Mr. Aghazadeh [Oil Minister] informed by phone that today two oil tanks on Khark Island caught fire as a result of being hit by Iraqi bombs.

Dr. Hassan Rouhani and Dr. Hadi came and said that the UN Security Council apparently agreed to recognize Iraq as an aggressor. Of course, on the condition of our participation in the council. It was decided to consult about this.
