The presidents of free Islamic universities all over the country came. Dr. [Abdullah] Jasbi reported; 350 thousand students and 103 university units and 100 thousand graduates so far and the second five-year plan to reach 650 thousand students and 12 thousand professors. I spoke affirmatively and thanked and promised to help with cheap loans and other facilities. Then Dr. Jasbi came and got approval for the new organization of the university and other grants.
