I arrived at my office at 8:30 in the morning. I took care of the remaining tasks. We went to the airport [Mehrabad] to welcome Mr. Yagoub Mohammadvaf, the acting President of Azerbaijan. After carrying out the welcome ceremony and the inspection and interview, I went to Saadabad with Mr. [Gholamreza] Shafiee, the accompanying minister. I

I reached my office at half past eight in the morning. I did the rest. We went to the [Mehrabad] airport to welcome Mr. Yaqub Mohammadov, the sponsor of the presidency of Azerbaijan. After the welcoming ceremony and the interview, he went to Saadabad with Mr. [Gholamreza] Shafii, the accompanying minister.

I came to my office. I did office work for an hour and then the Azerbaijani delegation came. First, we had a private meeting; They wanted to develop comprehensive cooperation. Then they talked about Karabakh and the war. He said that they sincerely want peace. Then the official negotiations were about the same issues.

In the evening, we went to the airport to welcome [Mr. Leon Petrosyan], the President of Armenia and his entourage. After Sun and the interview, they went to Saadabad accompanied by Dr. [Mohsen] Noorbakhsh, [Minister of Economic Affairs and Finance] and I returned to the office. Chastity also welcomed his wife.

They came near sunset. We had a private and official negotiation. Bilateral cooperation and the Karabakh issue and the discussed issues were similar to the negotiations of the Azerbaijani delegation; They want roads, railways, bridges, gas and food.

We had dinner with the Azerbaijani delegation. It was supposed to be both boards; The Armenians did not accept and we decided to have a separate banquet. Before dinner and with dinner, we discussed the situation in Azerbaijan and got a lot of information. They asked for weapons in private negotiations. Both delegations express good intentions regarding peace. It is drizzling. I came home late.
