In the morning after writing my diary, I listened to the radio news. It is the height of tension between the Soviet Union and the Republic of Lithuania. The centers of the Communist Party in Lithuania are occupied by the Soviets; Centrally, they want the independence of Lithuania.

We had breakfast with our companions in the Purgol yard of one of the employees of the organization [Imran Jiroft]. I participated in the administrative council meeting of Jiroft city and encouraged them to unite and work more. We went to Jiroft Dam by helicopter. Engineer [Abulhasan] Kashani, the dam construction manager, gave good explanations. Mr. Ahmed Kashani, a former representative [of the people of Natanz in the parliament], was also the manager of the workshop there. The dam is in the final concreting stage; Iranians have done most of the work themselves.

The governor explained about the plan to create a vast palm grove with a drip irrigation system in the north of Jiroft. They have problems regarding the price of land and gardens in the villages located in the dam lake.

We returned to the city. I spoke at the gathering of people at the sports stadium. Then we went to the city's dirt airport and flew to the Kerman airport with Farashib. The companions came with C-130. On the way, Mr. Marashi gave good explanations about the heights and plains and talents of Kerman region.

We boarded the helicopters at Kerman airport and headed to Nog. We landed in three villages at half past one in the afternoon. People's intense emotions, which were accompanied by disorder and pressure, created a problem. We had to use the car. We went to Hajiya Waldeh's house.

The gathering of people around and inside the father's house was too large and prevented the meeting. His father was very upset and was crying loudly. He calmed down little by little and complained about Eft and Mohsen not coming; I said that women did not come because of Imam's wife's back pain. The food was prepared at the house of Haj Qasim Safaryan - Dayizadeh -. The companions had lunch there. They insisted

I didn't accept to go too. They brought the food to our house. I finished the prayer; Relatives were surprised to see that I still keep it as my homeland.

A group of martyrs' families came. I consoled them. I went to the martyrs' grave and to the home of Tayyaba's sister - the mother of Martyr Mehdi [Sharifian]. Then I went to the mosque. People were gathered. Mr. Mohammad Ali Ansari said welcome and I had a short friendly conversation. We returned by helicopter. On the way back, we passed through the Kashkoviyeh plain. Pistachio orchards around Rafsanjan, Nog and Keshkoviyeh have developed rapidly.

It was an official send-off at Kerman airport. I had a short interview. I rested a little on the plane to relieve fatigue. At Mehrabad Airport, a long interview was conducted about the results of the trip. I did not eat dinner at night and slept early.
