I stayed home and studied until ten o'clock. The Imam had audiences scheduled. A group of visitors had also come from Rafsanjan. Mr. Khamenei and I went to visit the Imam and consulted with him regarding the clashes in Lebanon.

We went to Ahmad Aqa's house and discussed the situation of the IRGC, their demands, and the country's shortages. The war in Lebanon continues fiercely, and Israel has intensified the pressure. In the afternoon, I swam for a bit in the house's pool (which is a large basin). We recently filled the pool with water; it is clean. In the evening, they brought some mulberries from Ahmad Aqa's house. Effat had gone to Shahriar; they had invited a group for the opening of the Martyrs' Foundation office. Shahriar has suffered many martyrs in the war.

The war in Lebanon has escalated, and no help has arrived for the Palestinians and Lebanese from the Arab countries. Our dispatched team was scheduled to report on the situation there tonight, but they sent no word.

Today, I participated in the ceremonies for Mid-Sha'ban and the Day of the Oppressed; it was not a large-scale ceremony. Two days ago were the June 5 (15th of Khordad) ceremonies, and the public had turned out in large numbers.
