The terrorists' new tactic is to lie in ambush along roads and strike whenever an official's vehicle arrives.

In the afternoon, I had two or three meetings. I came home for Iftar. Effat had gone to a gathering at the family home of the martyr Sadegh Eslami and from there to the Islamic Republican Party event. They have organized a ten-night event on the occasion of the anniversary of the martyrdom of the seventy-three individuals, where prominent figures give speeches. She said a large crowd had attended.
