We arrived at the airport at two o'clock in the afternoon to fly to Libya. The plane arrived with some delay. I had an interview and we flew. I was accompanied by a group of parliamentarians, soldiers, and members of the foreign ministry. Considering the security issues of the trip, the route was made longer and we passed through the territory of the Soviet Union, Türkiye, Greece, etc.
We arrived in Tripoli at 10:30 Tehran time and 8 am Libyan time. [Major Abdulsalam] Jaloud [member of the Libyan Command Council] welcomed with an official military ceremony.
