Today, due to the density of work, we held a public meeting. The emergency plan was finished and contrary to expectations, the Guardian Council did not use anti-government policy in its comments, but removed the restrictions that the parliament had set for the right to request a vote of confidence in the government. Several accreditations were also approved.

I had several meetings in the afternoon. Mr. Sayad Shirazi [Army Ground Force Commander] came. He gave a report on the theory of the officials of headquarters and camps and emphasized the necessity of conducting operations. He explained about the plan. In the evening, in the presence of Mr. [Ayatollah] Khamenei, we had a meeting with Mr. Sayad and Mr. Mohsen Rezaei. Sayad defended Arvand's plan (Walfajr Haft), but Mr. Rezaei was against it. After some discussion, it turned out that he is generally against the operation in the south and has been against it from the beginning. They were protested as to why they wasted several months of the country's time and all these forces and did not deal with it frankly; He didn't have the right answer and he didn't have the right plan for the operation anywhere else.

Mr. [Ayatollah] Khamenei suggested that the command of the southern operation be handed over to Mr. Sayad, which they accept. I also accepted and we agreed to discuss it with the imam. Mohsen Rezaei was upset and the meeting ended; Of course, it is unlikely that a large-scale operation can be organized assuming the opposition of the IRGC commanders, but the problem must be solved.

Then we talked a bit about the cabinet with [Ayatollah Khamenei]. They disagree with some of the existing ministers, but they have no way to implement their opinion at this stage and they do not want me to defend them in the parliament.

I stayed in the parliament at night and did the delayed work. Efat made a phone call and said that he was upset that I would not go home, but there is no other way. In terms of security, it is not right for me to go back and forth between my house and the parliament every day, and a lot of time is wasted on the way.
