Mr. Rouhani informed that "Shirno", which is being emptied of drug addicts and belongs to the Air Force, is occupied by the Revolutionary Guards and they are preventing the entry of Nahaja [= Army Air Force].
I told Mr. Rezaei not to prevent them and it was agreed that both the IRGC and Nahaja would use it.
