Dr. [Reza] Malekzadeh came. He expressed his satisfaction with his new job, which is teaching, medicine and research, and asked me to help to strengthen the high level of research. He proposed establishing a doctorate for this purpose; Either independently or alongside Islamic Azad University or academies.
