The members of the Child Health Group [Economic Cooperation Organization] ECO, including several ministers and other levels, came. Mr. Dr. [Alireza] Marandi, [Minister of Health, Treatment and Medical Education] and Minister of Health of Pakistan spoke. I also talked about paying attention to nutrition and the importance of children's health and education.

[Mr. Shapour Marhaba], representative, governor and imam of Astara came. They reported the situation and needs. They were thankful for the government's construction measures and the economic mobility of their city and the opening of borders with the Republic of Azerbaijan. They applied for beach construction and construction of tourist facilities. Imam Juma was happy with my help to establish the seminary. [Mr. Seyyed Fethullah Hosseini], the representative and [Teacher Mullah Qadir Qadri], the imam of Juma Paveh came. They appreciated the services of the revolution to the Kurdish region and the improvement of the people's living conditions, and complained that the Shahid Foundation removed Imam Juma from the responsibility of the Paveh Foundation and asked for help.

[Mr. Seyyed Hossein Hosseini Shahroudi], the representative and clerics of Shahroud came and requested for the conversion of the city offices to the general office and the construction of the airport, etc. A group of representatives of Azerbaijan came. They thanked for paying more attention to Azerbaijan in the program and reducing the backwardness of the province and asked for the continuation of the policy and more support for my trip. They said that they defend the government's budget in the parliament. Eft and Mohsen came in the afternoon.

In the evening, we had a meeting of the Supreme Economic Council. Parliament members and ministers were my guests at night. Several representatives spoke about the 2013 budget. I also spoke and answered the doubts expressed. Then dinner was served. I came home at ten o'clock at night.
