Mr. Alizadeh, the representative of Ardabil, came and talked about helping the Islamic Azad University and exempting Azad University students from military service. I said it is better not to bring it up in the parliament for now. Dr. Velayati came and we discussed Saddam's trip to the Soviet Union and the contents of our delegation's negotiations in Libya.
In the afternoon, the imam of Jumma Paveh came. They came from [Majlis] public relations and discussed my greeting card to the presidents of the world's parliaments on the occasion of Christmas. In the evening, I went to the Faculty of Theology [Tehran University] and gave a lecture. I arrived home in the evening. The children were not at home.
