Mr. [Sydmansour] Razavi [Head of the Administrative and Employment Affairs Organization of the country] came. He had some information about the reform of the organization and the merger of the ministries. Mr. [Ali] Montazeri came from academic jihad. He talked and inquired about the future of jihad and consulted about the constitution of jihad.
Dr. [Hasan] Rouhani came. Consulted on issues that can be raised and discussed in the Supreme National Security Council. Dr. [Hasan] Habibi came for the current affairs of the country.
Maulvi Mansour came from the leaders of the Sunni Mujahideen of Afghanistan. He gave a report on the situation of Jihad in Afghanistan and spoke about the influence of the Westerners and Saudis on the leaders of the Seven Alliance and their defection and appealed to strengthen his own group.
Mr. [Reza] Amrollahi [head of the Atomic Energy Organization] came. He announced the signing of a memorandum of understanding with a Spanish company to complete the first unit of Bushehr power plant and requested for the start of work. Mohsen came and talked about passenger terminals and building rockets. It was decided to inspect Abek cement.
In the evening, I attended the government meeting. After completing part of the current work, the merger of the ministries was discussed and postponed to the next meeting. I came home at night.
