I reached my office at half past eight in the morning. I read the reports until half past nine. I spoke with [Mr. Mohammad Reza Nematzadeh], Minister of Industries, about the activity of industries and their supply. [Colonel Reza Niknejad], the head of the city [of the country] came. He gave the report of the work of Shahrbani in 1368 and stated the needs. He complained to the Ministry of Interior for paying more attention to the committee.

Mr. [Abbas Ali] a lawyer came. He gave a report on the relief and treatment of the war and expressed his desire to take charge of the prisoners' affairs for the future work. Mr. [Mohammed Hasan] Zoroq, [Political Deputy of Sedavasima] came. He discussed the propaganda mischief of some elements in the radio and television. It was decided to investigate the issue in order to prevent their actions.

In the evening, the Supreme Council of the Cultural Revolution had a meeting. The regulations of the Islamic Azad University were amended and we had several other resolutions. Council members were my guests at Iftar. Mohsen came and took personal money for the works of Alborz Qom; Before the revolution, we had bought ten hectares of land for pistachio farming. Agha Jalal came and took money for household expenses.

At night until half past eight, I did the work and came home. In the reports, the issue of Iraq's attempt to build an atomic bomb and the withdrawal of the leaders of the Republic of Lithuania from their pro-independence positions are at the top.

Snow, rain and hail fall in most parts of the country. In the north-west, part of the tree crops has been frostbitten.
