He criticized the government's weakness in decision-making and Mr. Khatami's lack of attention to Central Asia and the Caucasus, contrary to the active policy of the construction era, including the refusal to accept the proposal to buy Turkmenistan's surplus gas in order to stop the American conspiracies and gain its monopoly in the region and sell it to Turkey at a reasonable profit.
