Bank managers came. Mr. [Mohsen] Nurbakhsh, [Minister of Economic Affairs and Finance] and [Mohammed Hossein] Adeli, [Chairman of the Central Bank] spoke; I also spoke for them.

In the evening, the government board had a meeting. The discussion was about the transfer of the country's political center from Tehran. Its general aspects were approved. The discussion about the desired point for transfer and the time and quality of the work was postponed to another time; It is an important decision. It should be discussed more.

We had Iftar with the government delegation, the guest of Dr. [Hasan] Habibi, [First Vice President]. Dr. Laity [Foreign Affairs Minister] said that Japan has informed that after examining the situation in Iran, following the visit of the economic delegation, it is ready to participate in the reconstruction. I told the relevant ministers to follow up.
