In the afternoon, Mr. Behzad Nabavi [Minister of Heavy Industries] came and made suggestions on the cooperation of the Ministry of Heavy Industries in war engineering; it was good Mr. [Mohammed] Gharehi [Minister of Post, Telegraph and Telephone] came and gave a work report. In the evening, the Kurdistan Propaganda Group of the Islamic Propaganda Organization came and asked for help to work in Kurdistan. Last year, they received 36 million Tomans from the war site.

It was decided that a bill to punish the perpetrators and their agents will come to the parliament from the Supreme Judicial Council.

Regarding the American proposal based on the arrival of an American delegation to Iran to negotiate our help to free the American hostages in Lebanon and in exchange for paying us the parts of American weapons, it was opposed to the arrival of the official American delegation before the delivery of Haq equipment. We agreed to say that first by sending 240 pieces of hack, they will prove their honesty and then come and the subject of the discussion is in the above range, in addition to providing information about the Russian conspiracies against us that the Americans claim.
