Complete Daily Record:

I was at home, dedicating my time to studying the state of water resources in the world, the region, and Iran, recognizing the seriousness of the future water crisis. I reviewed the fuel cell bulletin prepared by Dr. Homayoun Madad, a faculty member at Tarbiat Modares University, as well as the Tehran judiciary's report on the confessions of national-religious detainees. In the evening, I spoke with Mahdi, the CEO of the National Fuel Consumption Optimization Organization, regarding the electrification of vehicles. It was proposed that this technology be implemented in Iran through collaboration with the Islamic Azad University, the Ministry of Oil, Iran Khodro, and Dr. Madad himself.

In the afternoon, Mr. Mansour Razavi, a presidential candidate, called to inform me that the Guardian Council had rejected his qualifications and sought my assistance.

In response to operations by Hezbollah and Shia forces, Israel has shelled Lebanese territory. Walid Jumblatt, the leader of the Druze in Lebanon, stated that Hezbollah should not engage in conflict with Israel, as Lebanon cannot endure another war, urging Syria to reduce its interference in Lebanese affairs and treat Lebanon as an independent state.

A disagreement has arisen among members of the Office for Consolidation of Unity regarding how to support Seyyed Mohammad Khatami. The judiciary has ordered the removal of Khatami's campaign banners, which they claim were installed prematurely and before the legal timeframe, prompting a protest from the Participation Front.
