  Aghazadeh, the head of the Atomic Energy Organization, said the Russian government's announcement of the construction of six other nuclear power plants for Iran has nothing to do with the same agreement between me and Gorbachev on the nuclear cooperation signed and was also extended during Mr Khatami's trip.  Perhaps the Russians have grown up from the US.
