In a detailed interview with Iran Watch, Abbas Palizdar, a former member of the Judiciary's Board of Inquiry, discussed more than 10 cases of corruption and corruption involving more than 54 officials.  In a part of his interview, he explained the details of the late Mohammad Yazdi and said:
Mr. Yazdi also came and asked for a solution. When? When I was in the hospital. He was also hospitalized. He sent his son. He said, "Make them halal," and I said, "I will not make them lawful." However, it has committed theft, transgressions, and corruption. Should I go to jail? Sir, you and your children have committed violations and corruption. Should I have gone to prison for that?" When Mr. Niazi gave me Mr. Yazdi's file. They were having lunch. Mr. Yazdi's case went up to the level of the dining room. Then I saw that one of the cases was related to 3,000 hectares of forest lands in the north of Khalil in the Abbas Abad neighborhood of Behshahr.
Mr. Yazdi, when he was the head of the Judiciary at the time, wrote a letter to Mr. Zaker Ahmadi, the head of the Hormozgan Judiciary, to buy his own house, asking him to deposit one billion tomans into my personal account. If I am not mistaken, it was written in the letter that you should deposit it in the account of 8957 Melli Bank of the Islamic Consultative Assembly branch.
