Fars news agency called for the judiciary to answer Abbas Palizdar's claims

In an interview with a news outlet yesterday, Palizdar claimed that an official had taken 3,000 hectares of land in the northern forests in a part of Behshahr for himself, or that the son of another official was selling the exam questions.
His reckless remarks, which were broadcast on social media yesterday and widely welcomed by the anti-revolutionary media, demand a response from the judiciary authorities.
Of course, in the early 2000s, Palizdar had also made harsh accusations against the Hashemi Rafsanjani family, but eight years later, he sent a letter that was published in the Etemad newspaper, apologizing for his previous remarks.
Palizdar was not a member of the Seventh Majlis, but he was present as an expert in the Seventh Majlis' investigation committee of the Judiciary. As part of the Article 90 Commission, this committee was responsible for investigating government corruption cases and following up on the process of investigating them in the judiciary.
He was arrested in June 2008 after giving a speech at Hamedan's Bu-Ali Sina University, and at the end of the same year, he was sentenced to ten years in prison for financial abuse, slander, and spreading lies.
