In an interview with The Times of London, al-Jolani once again clarified his position on Israel, saying:
We will not allow Syrian soil to be used to attack Israel.
We are committed to the 1974 agreement and are ready to bring back international observers.
We do not want war with Israel or any other country!
Israel must stop its airstrikes in Syria and withdraw its forces from the territories it controls.
