Videos and pictures of the exhumation of former President Hafez al-Assad have been published on the pages of Syrian activists.
Social media platforms posted new videos and images of the grave of former Syrian President Hafez al-Assad in the town of al-Qardaha on the outskirts of Latakia, where the remains were moved to an unknown location after the grave was exhumed by unknown individuals.
Videos and pictures of the exhumation of former President Hafez al-Assad have been published on the pages of Syrian activists. This comes a few months after the burning of graves by armed groups that reached the village of al-Qardaha on the outskirts of the coastal province of Latakia after the fall of his son Bashar al-Assad's regime on December 8th.
A number of opponents of the Assad regime, both influential people and those who fought the regime with weapons, have been seen setting fire to the grave, and some of them have urinated in front of cameras and posted it on social media platforms.
