I will speak by phone with Russian President Vladimir Putin on Monday at 10 a.m.

Topics of discussion will include: ending the "bloodshed" that leaves an average of more than 5,000 Russian and Ukrainian soldiers dead per week, as well as trade.

Then I will speak with President Zelensky of Ukraine and then, together with President Zelensky, with a number of NATO members.
