The statement of the Political Affairs Bureau of the Armed Opposition: Liberated Syria is eager to strengthen its relations with all brotherly and friendly countries on the basis of mutual respect and common interests.

We will seek to play a constructive role in the region and the world to achieve security and stability. 

The liberation of Syria marks the beginning of a new phase of economic reform. We will set priorities for developing vital sectors, creating jobs and encouraging national and international investment. 

The new Syria will be a constitutional state that guarantees dignity, justice and institutions that reflect the aspirations of the Syrian people. 

We call on all Syrians who have been forced to leave their homeland due to circumstances to return and participate in building the future. We will strive to create the right conditions and ensure a safe and stable environment for receiving them.
