1. Non-membership in NATO and no military cooperation with the alliance.
2. Recognition of Russian advances in the war and the four new regions that joined the Russian Federation after referendums (Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson, and Zaporizhzhia).
3. Revocation of Zelensky's decree prohibiting negotiations with Putin.
4. Ukraine must abandon anti-Russian policies and Russophobia.
