 Reuters news agency, citing diplomats familiar with the matter, claimed that Iran had offered to meet with France, Britain and Germany in Rome on May 2 to discuss its nuclear program.

According to the Reuters report, the Europeans have not yet responded to Iran's offer for talks this week on Friday.
