Prior to that, two other tariffs of 34 percent and 20 percent were imposed, bringing the total U.S. tariffs on Chinese goods to 104 percent.
Earlier, China had told the World Trade Organization that the U.S. decision to impose tariffs threatens to further destabilize global trade.
